Choose
Search our website for flowers or gift baskets to send. When choosing the products you can add extra items such as a glass vase, a bottle of wine, a stuffed animal or chocolates. Proceed and log-in as a customer. If this is your first purchase, we will ask for your name, email, and phone number. Once you’ve logged in, fill in the recipient’s information (name, address, zip code, and phone), the delivery date, additional information, and the message you’d like to send with the order. Finally, you will proceed to the next and last step where you will see a summary of what you have chosen and proceed to complete the payment by credit card or PayPal. Upon completion you will receive an order processed email with your order number. From this moment we will keep you informed about the status of the order via email.
Preparation
Once we receive your order, we will ensure that the delivery is completed on the requested date and time. We will review your order and send it to our local partner; if the delivery is in São Paulo, we will prepare the order and complete the delivery. Gourmet gift baskets ordered for outside of São Paulo might be shipped through courier, SEDEX. Each florist and local partner has their own style, however we guarantee that beautiful flowers and gift baskets will be delivered. We use fresh flowers in all bouquets and arrangements and the highest quality products in all of our gift baskets.
Delivery
Your order will be hand delivered by our florist or partners in each city of Brazil; if the order is for a gourmet basket, it will be prepared in São Paulo and shipped through courier service, Sedex. We use special packaging so that everything arrives in perfect condition.
